Baked Potatoes with Cheesy Veggies


This is not so much a recipe, but rather just a quick and easy dinner idea.  When Brad was in Basic Training, I used to make this all the time for a fast supper after a long day at work.  The cool thing about enjoying a baked potato this way is that it doesn’t have to be loaded down with butter, cheese, and bacon for it to taste good.  Save yourself all of those calories next time you have a hankering for a baked tater and give this a try! 

Baked Potatoes with Cheesy Veggies


Ingredients
  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1 bag of Green Giant Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower and Cheese Sauce
  • Shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
 Directions
1.   Bake potatoes.
2.  Cook veggies according to package directions.
3.  Pour veggies over baked potatoes.
4.  Top with parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy!
